Payment Policy

Clear payment status, authorised transactions and practical help with payment issues.

Payment must be verified.

A screenshot, SMS or browser success message alone does not establish that an order is paid.

1. Prices and available methods

Prices are displayed in Pakistani rupees (PKR). Review the items, any applicable discount, delivery charge and complete payable amount before authorising payment. Only payment methods actually available at checkout are offered.

2. Authorisation and confirmation

Use only a payment instrument you are authorised to use and provide accurate details. A successful provider status must match the order reference, amount and currency. Pending, failed, expired or cancelled payments are not paid orders. Repeated provider notifications do not justify duplicate charges or orders.

3. Debited but pending

Do not immediately pay again. Save the order and provider references, amount and date, then contact the payment provider and our support number. A debit may need reconciliation or reversal before the order can proceed.

4. Preventing unlawful transactions

Unauthorised instruments, stolen payment details, fabricated receipts, deliberate payment manipulation and unlawful purchases are prohibited. Where there are reasonable concerns, an order may be held for proportionate review, refused or cancelled before fulfilment. Relevant records may be shared with a provider or competent authority where necessary and lawful. We do not guarantee that every fraudulent attempt can be detected.

5. Protect your details

Never give support your PIN, CVV, OTP, full card number or banking password. Do not send identity documents through a general enquiry channel. If you suspect an unauthorised charge, contact the issuer immediately, then contact us with a non-sensitive transaction reference.

6. Refunds and disputes

Approved refunds and reversals follow Returns & Refunds. Tell us about any provider dispute or reimbursement so the same transaction is not refunded twice. This does not restrict lawful dispute rights. Escalations follow our Complaints Procedure.
