Delivery coverage, costs and what to expect after dispatch.
Delivery times below are estimates after dispatch. Review the delivery charge and final amount before paying.
1. Where we deliver
Delivery is within Pakistan, subject to destination serviceability and any restrictions applicable to the product. If a paid order cannot be served, we will review cancellation and refund of the verified payment.
2. Estimated delivery times

These are not guaranteed arrival dates. Public holidays, weather, route disruption and other delivery circumstances can affect timing. Dispatch information is separate from transit time.
3. Delivery charges
Applicable charges depend on the destination, order and service, and must be shown before payment. Do not assume a nationwide flat rate or free-delivery threshold unless it is explicitly offered for your order.
4. Address corrections and receipt
Provide a complete street address, locality, city and reachable phone number. Contact us promptly to request corrections. Changes may not be possible after dispatch. If delivery cannot be completed, contact support to review the available next step and any disclosed, applicable charge.
5. Tracking
Tracking information can be provided where available for the selected delivery service. Contact support with your order reference if you need help locating a parcel.
6. Damage, missing items or the wrong product
Retain the packaging and photograph the parcel label and affected product. Report missing items or included parts within 48 hours of recorded delivery. Request review of other eligible arrival damage, defects or wrong products within seven calendar days. Follow our Returns & Refunds process before sending anything back.
